A2 Crash Replacement Policy
Crashes happen — and a crash shouldn't end your season or your relationship with your bike. If you damage your A2 carbon frame in a crash, we'll replace it at 30% off the current retail price of the equivalent frame. Every A2, every rider, no tiers and no fine-print ladder.
How it works
- Email info@a2bikes.com with your frame's serial number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the damage.
- Our team will assess the damage, usually within a few business days. If the frame can be safely repaired, we'll tell you honestly — a quality carbon repair is often the faster, cheaper option, and we'll point you in the right direction.
- If the frame needs replacing, we'll offer you a replacement at 30% off the current retail price of the equivalent frame or closest current model.
- Keep your components: in most cases your groupset, wheels, and finishing kit transfer to the new frame. Our team can advise on compatibility and rebuild options.
What qualifies
- Crash or impact damage to an A2 carbon frame — the kind of damage a warranty doesn't cover. (Defects in materials or workmanship are covered separately, for life, by our Limited Lifetime Frame Warranty.)
- Available to the original owner of any A2 bike purchased from A2 Bikes or an authorized A2 dealer.
The fine print
- One replacement frame per claim; the discount applies to the frame, not to components or accessories.
- Damaged frames may need to be returned or verifiably retired — we'll confirm during your claim.
- This policy does not cover loss or theft, and is not transferable.
- This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and may be updated from time to time; the version on this page applies to new claims.
