How long will it take to receive my bike?
Generally it takes Brandon about a week to build your bike and then another week for shipping. There are several factors that could change this timeline. Please reach out directly to us before purchasing your bike so we can ensure your bike will arrive when you need it!

We offer free returns on NEW A2 Bikes for 30 days. All demo, prior year models, custom builds, and eTap Builds, and sale priced bikes are final sale. View our return policy HERE.
Where can we see your bikes in person?
A2 was a pioneer in Direct to Consumer Bike Sales, and we remain committed to that. It allows us to deliver our products to you with superior value. From time to time we do participate in race expos. Contact us for more information.
Why do your bikes cost so much less than everyone else's?
We were the first bike brand to sell exclusively direct to consumer in the United States. We have perfected over the past 6 years our relationships with suppliers in Taiwan, and know how to deliver a low cost bike without sacrificing on quality.
What if I want a different color?
We routinely have special color schemes for our bikes! Contact us for more details!
We also can do custom paint jobs, Prices for custom paint start at $1000 (so make it special!)
We can do custom colored vinyl decal packs as well for $50 for a pack of 3 decals
Can you do custom builds?
Yes! We can build your dream bike exactly how you want it! Contact us for quotes!
