How do I find my size?
Take the Bike Selector Quiz to find your bike, and use the size calculator on every bike's product page to find your frame size. You can also view the size guide. And if the fit isn't right when your bike arrives, we provide free size exchanges on all bikes we produce.
Why are A2 bikes priced lower than comparable bikes?
We sell direct to riders. Big brands build dealer margin and retail markup into their prices — we don't. You pay for the engineering and the materials, not the showroom.
Can I finance my bike or pay with HSA/FSA dollars?
Yes. You can split your purchase into monthly payments with Affirm at checkout, and many riders qualify to use pre-tax HSA/FSA dollars through Truemed. Learn how HSA/FSA payment works.
Is there a warranty?
Every A2 frame is backed by our limited lifetime frameset warranty. Read the full warranty.
What happens if I crash my bike?
We're one of the only brands with a Crash Replacement Policy — if your frame is damaged in a crash, we'll help you replace it at a steep discount. Read the Crash Replacement Policy.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Contact our team within 30 days of purchase to arrange an exchange or return — and size exchanges are always free on bikes we produce. Read the full return policy.
What does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Standard ground shipping is $99 and usually takes 3–5 business days within the continental US.
How much assembly is required?
Your bike arrives 92% assembled with the tools and step-by-step instructions included — no mechanical know-how required. See the setup guide and videos.
Can I see an A2 in person?
Yes — visit one of our preferred dealers, or contact us about demo opportunities.
Can I customize my build?
Absolutely. If you want a component or accessory you don't see on the site, reach out and we'll see what we can install on your new bike before it ships.
