Contact our team within 30 days of purchase to arrange a return or a free size exchange on any bike we produce. Shipping (including the $199 bike shipping charge) and payment-processing fees are non-refundable, and bikes bought on sale, during Black Friday / Cyber Monday, as Warehouse Finds or demos, or with a discount code are final sale. Bikes ship for a flat $199 within the continental US and usually arrive in 3–5 business days. Orders of $9,999 or more ship free.
