Every A2 ships from our shop in Oregon, packed by the same hands that built it.
Rates & timing
- Standard ground shipping is $99 and usually takes 3–5 business days within the continental United States.
- Orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible — you'll receive tracking by email the moment your bike is on its way.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US? Contact us for a quote before ordering.
What arrives at your door
- Your bike arrives 92% assembled in our custom A2 bike box, with the tools and step-by-step instructions included — no mechanical know-how required.
- Most riders are on the road within an hour. See the setup guide and videos, or reach out and we'll walk you through it.
Wrong size? No problem.
We offer free size exchanges on all bikes we produce — contact our team within 30 days of purchase. Read the full return policy.
