Guidance

Between sizes?

On the border? Size up.

We generally recommend sizing up for comfort — unless you're an experienced triathlete chasing an aggressive aero position on the SP, in which case staying down (or sizing down, with a professional fit) can be the faster choice.

Inseam breaks the tie

A longer-than-average inseam for your height pushes you toward the larger size; a shorter one toward the smaller. The calculator above factors this in automatically.

Outside 5'3"–6'5"?

Talk to us — we'll personally help you find a setup that fits, or point you to the right option.

Why fit is easy here

Adjustability is the real fit story

Your frame size is the starting point, not a straitjacket. Every SP ships with a wide-range adjustable cockpit and seatpost, so the bike moves to you — and if the size still isn't right when it arrives, exchanges are free within 30 days.

140mm

120mm

SASP seatpost travel
