Return Policy

Buying a bike online is hard, we get it. That's why we have a 30 day fit/ride guarantee. If for some reason your bike doesn't work out the way you thought it would, we will replace it at no charge!

You're Sold Out!

Unfortunately, we do sell out of sizes, colors, and groupsets from time to time. If you're interested in a size, group, or color that's sold out, we accept pre-orders or stay tuned, it may come back soon!

Fit

The question we're asked the most is "how do I know the bike will fit me?" We designed the Rogue and SP to be as adjustable as possible, allowing for us to have four sizes fit more like 6. What this does, is allows YOU to dial in your perfect fit on one of our sizes. Either use our Fit Finder, or message us on our live chat or email and we will get you on the perfect size.

Every bike A2 makes is "made to order" We do this to put every ounce of customer service into each one of our bikes. To make each bike to order your bike should ship within 1-2 weeks. Please reach out to Info@A2Bikes.com if you don't receive shipping info, or have any questions!

Order tracking

Once your bike ships, you will instantly receive tracking information. All of our bikes within the contenential USA ship via FedEx. You will receive tracking information in the shipment confirmation email!
