Rogue SRAM RED AXS — Demo Bike

This is a rare opportunity to get into an A2 Rogue at a reduced price and in a sold-out colorway. This unit is part of our Demo Bike program — a returned bike that has been thoroughly inspected and QC'd by our team. It is in excellent condition and ready to ride.

A few things to know before you buy:

• Lightly used, excellently maintained. This bike was ridden before being returned to us, and has been inspected by our team. All photos shown are of the actual bike — what you see is exactly what you get.
• Condition notes. Condition is great. The bike has been looked over and QC'd by our team. It was originally a review bike, so it has not been ridden much at all. It comes with a brand new cassette and freshly wrapped bars.
• QC'd by A2. This unit passed our internal quality control process before being listed. We wouldn't sell it if we weren't confident in it.
• Current spec. Unlike our Warehouse Find bikes, this unit reflects current production spec — the same SRAM RED AXS build as on the current product page, top to bottom.
• No carbon wheel upgrade. The carbon wheel upgrade offered on new Rogue AXS orders does not apply to Demo Bike units. This bike rolls on the wheelset it was built with.
• No component swaps. This bike ships as-is from its original build. Saddle, cockpit and finishing kit are what you see in the photos.
• One color, one size. What you see is what we have. No substitutions, no special orders.

The Rogue RED AXS is the top of the range — SRAM's flagship wireless electronic groupset, with the crispest shifting they make and virtually zero maintenance. This is the fastest, lightest way to own a Rogue, at a price we can only offer because someone else rode it first.

Designed in collaboration with former Cervélo P-Series engineer Kevin Quan, the Rogue was built to do more than one job. Hand-laid Toray T700 carbon at 900 grams, aero endurance geometry, fully internal routing, and clearance for tires up to 35mm — fast enough for the group ride, capable enough for the gravel connector on the way home.

Wireless SRAM Blips can be placed anywhere on the bars, so you can add shift points wherever your hands actually sit — including in an aero tuck if you fit clip-on extensions. The whole setup is customizable anytime through the SRAM AXS app.
