This is a rare opportunity to get into a brand-new A2 SP at a reduced price. This unit is part of our Warehouse Find program — older spec inventory that has never been ridden, never been registered, and has sat untouched in our warehouse. You're getting a new bike at a used-bike price.

A few things to know before you buy:

• Older component spec. This build carries an earlier version of the Shimano 105 mechanical groupset. It functions identically to current production — same reliable shifting, same proven performance — but the spec may differ slightly from what's shown on the current product page.
• One color, one size. What you see is what we have. No substitutions, no special orders.
• Final sale. Warehouse Finds are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or size swaps. Please review the sizing chart and geometry table below carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure of your size, use the fit calculator on this page or reach out to us before you buy — we're happy to help.

The SP Shimano 105 is our flagship triathlon bike and our most popular model for a reason. Offering the lowest barrier of entry into true high-performance triathlon riding, the SP 105 delivers everything you need to dominate the bike leg — without the industry-standard markup.

Designed in collaboration with former Cervélo P-Series engineer Kevin Quan, the SP was built with one goal: to fit you. The highly adjustable stem and seatpost accommodate a wide range of rider positions, so you can dial in your ideal triathlon setup regardless of your proportions.

Every order includes a 5nm torque wrench to assist with initial assembly. We also strongly recommend having a 10nm torque wrench on hand, and taking the bike to a local shop for final setup and fit confirmation. For step-by-step guidance, visit our Bike Setup Page.

All Warehouse Find bikes are final sale. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

No returns or exchanges. Warehouse Find units are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including fit, preference, or change of mind. All sales are final at the time of purchase.

No size or color substitutions. Warehouse Find inventory is strictly limited to the specific size and color listed. We cannot accommodate swap requests after purchase.

Sizing is your responsibility. We strongly encourage you to use the fit calculator on this page and review the sizing chart and geometry table before buying. If you have any doubts about your size, contact us before placing your order — our team is happy to help. We cannot accept returns due to sizing after the fact.

Cosmetic imperfections may be present. While Warehouse Find bikes are new and unridden, some units may show minor cosmetic marks from storage or handling — light scuffs on packaging, minor blemishes on non-structural components, or similar. These do not affect performance or safety and are not grounds for a return.

Warranty still applies. The A2 lifetime frame warranty and crash replacement program cover all Warehouse Find bikes on the same terms as new stock. The frame is covered — the final sale policy applies only to the purchase transaction itself.

Spec differences are disclosed upfront. Any differences between this unit and current production spec are noted at the top of this listing. Please review those carefully — they are part of what you are purchasing.
